Plantings, sleepovers and ride on mowers

Sorry for the long break in blogging and as a result we have quite a few pics to add.
Firstly, Jake and Aidan stayed at the farm over the melbourne Cup weekend. They learned the hard way what happens when you stay at a farm where there is work to be done! Aidan came prepared with about 5 bags, while Jake was more sensible with only one.
Please check out all the traffic cones around the work area, I think Aidan is going to have a future career as a work safe officer!
Also the garden was in full bloom, however the flowers have now all gone unfortunately.
Dad bought a ride on mower last weekend, and Aidan and Stephen went up to see if it worked. It looks like Granddad will have no trouble getting his grass cut!
