Pakistan

In early October, Sally had a last minute, but too-good-to-refuse chance to attend a good friend's wedding in Pakistan. The wedding was beautiful, fascinating and colorful, and full of laughter, songs and food! It went over several days.

"Twins" Marziyya and Sarah were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived.




Fozia Mami (on the right) and Chanda Mamoo put us up for the night and looked after us very well during our time there. Thank you!



After the first day, we stayed with Asrar's family for the rest of the trip. It was wonderful staying with Uncle Muhammad and Aunty Zahida, who are excellent hosts, and their children Mahwash + Ammar, Hassaan, Maaz, and Peelala : ) The gorgeous grandchildren are Zenab and Hashim.
