Here comes the bride!

Sorry for the delay in getting this little video posted but I was trying to figure out how to embed the video onto the blog. As you can see Tommy gave the bride away and in the second video was very emotional at the end of the ceremony. He is a big softy at heart.

Thursday night the Planing intensifies

On Thurday night there was a planning night for the first surprise of the 40th wedding Anniversary. Tommy, Vera and Seamus were at the "CASINO", otherwise known as our flat, Conspiracy HQ. We had great funny planning how to introduce Anne and Andy.
Many stories were told about Mum and Dad and we eventually wrote some of them down for Sat night.
Vera and Tommy brought over some wigs for Anne and Andy to wear on the night and they were very fetching.

A rare sight

All the boys in the kitchen.......... must have been staged.

Introducing mini Aidan AKA Emma

Birthday's

It was Adian's Birthday a few days ago and it is Sinead's Birthday on Monday. So we had a bit of a party for both of them tonight, and sang happy Birthday with sparklers which Adian loved. However they did set the fire alarm off.

Everyone had a great time at dinner, there was lots of laughter, mainly at Sinead and Ed's expense. But Ed got the nod of approval from Tommy as he is a "plastic Paddy". His Mother is from Rosscommon.

Mr Ed

Sinead decided to take a big risk and invite Ed to dinner tonight. I think he was a little nerves, because when he arrived Seamus and myself were outside talking and when he saw us he turn back, except Seamus spotted him and Ed couldn't get away then. He held up well to all the teasing, but he was a constant shade of red all night. He was a very brave man to face the whole crowd, and braver still if he faces them when Tommy is over his jet lag!

The Irish Gang has arrived

Everyone arrived safely on Saturday morning and we all went to Mum and Dad's on Sunday afternoon for dinner. As you can see Andrew was doing al the work and was letting us know about it.
