Sayonara, Nippon

Hi everyone, we're back from a few very enjoyable weeks in Japan. It was great to experience this fabulous country, it seemed like a different world!

One of the highlights of our trip was being able to catch up with Damien and Ayumi, and to meet their little girl.

We are still sorting through Sally's 3000+ photos, but in the meantime, here are a few of cutie Mia, the latest addition to the family.



Mia is a beautiful little girl, and so well behaved (like the rest of Japan). She hardly ever cries, is very interactive, and very smiley.

Damien and Ayumi were very thoughtful and generous hosts. Our itinerary for the time with them went something like this: for lunch on saturday we will have this special noodle.... for dinner we will go to this specialty eel restaurant, and for tomorrow's lunch......... It was fantastic!!
