Family

We had Yum Cha with both our parents and Sally's sisters last weekend. We all really enjoyed it.

Hannah continues to thrive and continues to amuse us all with her laughs and her screaming.

Hiroshima

Some more photos from our trip to Japan...... We visited Hiroshima - it was a very emotional visit.

The bomb exploded on top of this building, amazingly, the shell of the building remained intact.

The childrens' memorial..... Japanese children using origami cranes to commemorate the event.

Kyoto

This was easily the prettiest of all the places we visited in Japan. We were in Kyoto for four days, but could easily have stayed for 2 weeks.

This old imperial city is dotted with dozens of temples, we chose one to put up here. It's the Kinkakuji (Gold) Temple, which was pretty stunning.

Beautiful country town Arashiyama, a popular local tourist destination. We spent the day walking around the town and were rewarded with an amazing array of colours and beautiful Japanese architecture.

Sally enjoying the famous local cuisine - hot pot....

We all went up to the farm to celebrate Mother's Day, and we all had a very lovely day. The kids are growing up fast, and really starting to interact with each other. Eoin and Emma in particular are very cute, and full of giggles.
