Traveling to Japan

Damien and Ayumi leave for Japan today (Sunday). They dropped our car back as they have been using it for the last couple of weeks. The car has not looked so clean since we bought it. Mum and Dad came over to see them off as well.

Sally's study group goes to dinner

Sally and her study group took the week off from meeting and studying together. They have been at a course, run by the Anaesthetic College to prepare them for the upcoming exam. After the course they all went to the Belgian Beer Cafe for dinner.

Their amazing hot chocolate, made from melted Belgium chocolate.

Tea at Brendan and Anne's new place

Brendan and Anne's place is a lot bigger than their place in Richmond and it was easier for them to cope with the crowd. The kids were very cute as usual.

Moving, leaving and Family dinner

This weekend saw Brendan and Anne leave their inner city pad in Richmond for the sea change location of Altona. Dad, Mum, Stephen, Andrew, Jake, Aidan and myself helped them move all their things out. Most of it had been done during the week by Anne and Brendan, but the big things were still left, like the fridge, bed, and table etc.

Afterwards everyone went to dinner in Altona to say goodbye to Damien and Ayumi, and then back to Brendan and Anne's for a cup of tea. Damien and Ayumi are going to Japan for at least a year, they said they have a 4 bedroom place so are expecting heaps of visitors

Sisters' Day

Sally, Sophia and Honoria had a belated Sisters' Day a few days ago. Between Sophia's night shift and Sally's afternoon shift, they had a few hours together in the morning. The 3 sisters enjoyed Yum Cha, before Honoria travelled back up to Sydney and Sally goes back into her cocoon for study.

What the ........ ?

These are some of the strange sights in Thailand.

The first photo is of pigs being transported, which may look very cute but the smell from behind them was not nearly as pleasant.

They grow the insects big in Thailand! And they blend in perfectly with the leaves.

That looks fun.... not!

Salami - Thai style

There were trips to Temples and a natural music studio where Hon and Jeremy decided to record a duet

Thai ..

They went to an Elephant sanctuary.

They also went rafting. Never one to stay still, Mum of course had a go.

Thialand Holiday Cont...

There were lots of opportunities for photos
