Chinese New Year
We had a traditional Hot Pot (Steam Boat) to celebrate Chinese New Year this weekend. It was great having Mammy and Dad, Sally's Mum, sisters and Hannah, and Sally's uncle and aunty join us. We completely stuffed ourselves silly.
The first photo is of Mammy joining in on the dumpling-making action.
Hannah receiving her first ever Red Pocket (well, in this case, a pink one). Of course, it went straight to her mouth.

Photos from Christmas
Wow, it's February already!! Where has the year gone?
Here are some belated photos from Christmas. This year was at Andrew and Amanda's, and they put on a fantastic feast.
It was time for presents after dinner. As is the tradition with the assembly of kids’ presents, the Dads rushed into the task without referring to the instruction manual. This resulted in a very long construction process.
Eoin (eventually) got a swing set and a tricycle.
Jake was very pleased with his Guitar Hero (4???)
Emma and Eoin both got beanbags (Eoin's was a Cookie Monster, Emma's a Dora beanbag).
Video to follow.
Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Emma and Eoin's Christmas presents
Emma and Eoin loved their beanbags, with Emma dragging Eoin around the living room to squeals of delight from Eoin.
